Use of the service
Talent Flow provides WhatsApp-based intake and messaging automation for talent agencies. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly, and not to misuse it to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content.
Accounts and access
Access to the operations portal is granted to authorized agency users. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that takes place under your account.
Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the service may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
